Partagas Valle Verde is the first to be crowned with a Mexican San Andres wrapper. Under the three-year-old wrapper leave harvested in 2020, is a sungrown Cameroon binder from a 2015 harvest, the filler features a blend of Mexican San Andres, Nicaraguan Jalapa and Esteli tobaccos.
